Ivanti Service Manager

The Ivanti Service Manager plugin lets you manage business objects in your Ivanti Service Manager instance. It supports creating, updating, deleting, and searching business objects, as well as uploading attachments. The plugin connects using the Ivanti Service Manager REST API with a tenant URL, username, password, and API key. Use this plugin when your workflows need to automate ITSM operations like ticket management, record updates, or attachment handling in Ivanti.
